Carrefour has been selling its high-quality TEX basics for 45 years—but it’s not your typical clothing store. It’s a hypermarket where you can shop groceries, household essentials, AND clothing all in one place.
So we created a basic clothing campaign that doubles as a basic grocery campaign—because only Carrefour lets you get "Basically Everything."
First, we wanted to show customers shopping for other basics that Carrefour sells great clothing basics too.


In OOH, we printed receipts showing Tex basics alongside the many other kinds of basics you can buy at Carrefour.

On social, mannequins showed clothing & grocery basics.

We launched print in fashion magazines with models in TEX holding pineapples & watermelons.


We even updated our TEX product tags to use grocery language.
Because even after 45 years, TEX basics… never expire.

Carrefour’s website offered digital bundles to get basically everything for camping or basically everything for the beach.
